Thistle Communities is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. The following is a list of our preferred lenders with whom we have good relationships or we have worked with in the past. These lenders are familiar with Thistle, Blue Vista, our affordable home ownership programs as well as our market rate homes. Some of these lenders offer special programs for our Thistle buyers. Information on Thistle’s Affordable Homes Program

• Buyers need to income and asset qualify.
• Financing and down payment assistance are available.
• Buyers qualify for their own mortgage.
• Some preferred lenders offer special loan programs for Blue Vista.
• Purchasers only need $1,000 of their own money into the purchase.
• Buyers participate in the Self Help Opportunity Program (SHOP).
• Homes are sold at reduced prices and resale restrictions apply.
