How to reserve your Blue Vista home?  

Four steps to be completed before signing a Reservation Agreement or a Sales Contract

  • Meet guidelines for income and asset limits
  • Submit a signed Common Application and Thistle Supplement, and Verification of Employment forms signed by your employer*
  • Attend a CLT orientation for complete details on the program
  • Provide a $25 check payable to Thistle Community Housing to cover your application fee.  The application fee is non-refundable
